I go online, search for properties in Florida or Miami just any country at all. Run a market analysis on the property to see if it's going to be profitable for Airbnb(short-term rental ) I will chat with the property owner or send an email if its good and ask if he's ready to rent it out for Airbnb cos my company would love to Rent the property for a year or two. Once he agrees, I look for a buyer and connect them, they sign a deal and I get paid.
