I really need to do something to improve my physical shape…
Like most Ukrainians, I don’t sleep properly, a good night’s sleep happens maybe once every two weeks.
Because of that, I constantly feel exhausted and unwell…
Weakness, fatigue, constant tiredness.
Living under constant stress is definitely taking its toll.
I haven’t completely given up on sports
I still manage at least 3 intense workouts per week.
No matter how bad I feel, I still push myself to train…
But it’s not enough to be in good physical condition.
I urgently need to come up with some kind of personal đź’Şmarathon to keep myself motivated.
When there’s a clear goal, it’s easier to keep moving forward…
What should I choose
pull-ups,
running,
push-ups,
maybe abs?

I need to figure something out…
