The work doesn't stop after the code is shipped. Growing the Reply ecosystem is just as important. It's been a marathon day of building and marketing. Before I sign off, here’s a quick update on how I'm pushing Reply forward on all fronts: - DEXscreener Boost: I've activated another 50x boost to increase our visibility. - Community Tipping: I've topped up my @noiceapp tips with $REPLY from my creator rewards to keep rewarding community engagement. - New Partnerships: I've had great conversations with @lior about bidding on Product Clank, and with @esdotge about creating an official Reply brand on BRND. - Exploring More Channels: I'm also looking into a GeckoTerminal ad to reach an even wider audience. I'm committed to pushing this project forward every single day. It's been a long one, and this builder is officially out of fuel. Thank you for being a part of the journey. gn.

I've been heads-down building based on your feedback. Today, I'm excited to ship a major update that transforms Reply from a simple tool into a powerful discovery engine. Introducing Curated Team Lists & Advanced Filtering Finding the right person to connect with is now easier than ever. This update is all about discovery and giving you the tools to find exactly who you're looking for. - Curated Team Lists: The most exciting new feature! You can now filter the discover feed by curated lists like "Farcaster", "QR App," "Noice App," and more. - Filter by Token: Have a specific token you want to use? You can now filter the feed to only show users who accept that token. - Team Labels on Profiles: User cards now show a label if they're part of a known team, giving you more context at a glance. A Note on the New Team Lists I believe this feature can be incredibly powerful for connecting with the right builders. The data is compiled from open sources, so there might be some mistakes. The list is also quite small for now, but I plan to expand it significantly. This is a v1 of the feature. I'm still exploring the best UI for these filters, so expect improvements in the future. If you spot an error or want to help me build out these lists, please shoot me a DM. This is a community effort. UI/UX & Quality of Life Improvements I've also made several changes to make the entire experience feel cleaner and more intuitive. - Cleaner Interface: The header has been removed, and filters have been redesigned into a compact set of dropdowns. - Actionable Telegram Notifications: The link in the Telegram alert is now fixed! It will take you directly to the message inside the Reply app. - Fixed Farcaster Links: You can now click on a user's name in their card to go directly to their Farcaster profile. As a solo builder, your feedback shapes these updates. Thank you for your support. Go try out the new filters!

Wow. I just read it and I'm genuinely blown away. The public conversation started by @ace about the history of "reply-to-earn" was the most important one we could have. Today, it just received the most powerful answer possible from @jake. His belief in the original vision of @balajis.eth Earn.com, and his single, crucial insight that they were early, and we might not be, it's validates the entire thesis for Reply. The bet has always been that we're at a unique intersection where: 1. Culture is Ready: Thanks to the daily habits built around tools like @noiceapp, @ampsfun, @qrcoindotfun, @tipn and others. 2. Tech is Ready: Thanks to the seamless mini-app stack. To see this thesis echoed by someone who was there is all the conviction I need to keep building. And this brings me to the second point: this entire interaction is a masterclass in the value of the QR app auction @qrcoindotfun . I haven't even won the auction yet, and it has already led to this incredible, high-signal endorsement and a new supporter. It is, without a doubt, a win-win for serious builders. Thank you, @jake, for your belief, your support, and for helping to close the loop on this conversation. This is what a positive-sum ecosystem feels like.

An incredibly sharp and important thought from @ace. He's right. The concept of "reply-to-earn" has been tried before, even here on Farcaster. This isn't a history I ignore, it's the foundation of my conviction. Every past attempt, successful or not, teaches us something. The fact that builders have repeatedly tackled this problem proves the demand is real. The pain of cutting through noise is a core challenge of any growing network. So the real question isn't "is the idea good?" but "Why is the ecosystem now ready for this idea to flourish?" The answer is Ecosystem Maturity. The Farcaster of today is a fundamentally different environment than it was even a year ago. 1. The "On-Chain Social" Habit is Ingrained: Tools like @noiceapp, @ampsfun, @tipn, @qrcoindotfun and others are now part of our daily routine. Their success has created a fundamental shift in user behavior. 2. The User Experience is Finally Seamless: The entire mini-app stack has matured to a point where on-chain actions feel instant and native. What might have been a clunky, multi-step process in the past is now a frictionless experience inside the feed. The technical foundation is now invisible to the user, as it should be. 3. The Pain Has Scaled with Success: I've felt this pain myself needing to connect with a other project's teams. As Farcaster grows, this challenge only gets harder for everyone. The very success of the platform intensifies the need for a better signaling mechanism. Previous builders paved the way. They proved the demand and surfaced the challenges. Kudos to everyone who tried before. We're all building this ecosystem together.

Another big build day is over. As I'm wrapping up for the night, I wanted to share a quick update on the roadmap and what's next. I've been heads down coding the core fixes, and we're making great progress on: - The new Search & Filters system - The Dark Mode UI fix - Displaying USD price equivalents - Fix sorting on messages page These are my top priorities to ship. The Next Chapter: Video Guides Once these fixes are live, my focus will shift entirely to what I mentioned yesterday: creating a library of simple, clear video tutorials. Showing is better than telling, and I want to make sure every user understands the power and security of Reply. My goal is to start recording the first batch this week. The Bigger Picture The other items from the roadmap are still very much on my mind: in-app swaps, partnerships, the X campaign, and adding more community tokens. These will follow the core fixes and video guides. The plan is clear and the work continues. Thank you for all the support today. Time to get some rest. gn.

Today was a build day. Here are the results. I’m excited to share a major update to Reply, focused on discovery, user experience, and reliability, all based directly on your feedback. Introducing the New Discovery Homepage The biggest change is a brand new homepage. Instead of just a search bar, you'll now find a curated list of active users, sorted by followers, making it easier than ever to find and connect with key people on Farcaster. I'm incredibly humbled to already see builders like @ahn.eth, @esdotge, @kylepatrick.eth, @push-, @dish, @burrrrrberry and other awesome people on the list. This is a huge step toward making Reply a core piece of Farcaster infrastructure. Quality of Life Upgrades I've also shipped a ton of UI/UX improvements you asked for: - Better Mobile Chat: The reply box now intelligently resizes as you type, and the layout adjusts to your keyboard. No more typing blind. - Clean & Consistent Prices: Large reply prices are now formatted cleanly (e.g., "1M"), and the display is consistent across the entire app. - Back Button Added: I've added a back button to user pages for much smoother navigation. Bug Fixes & What's Next A reliable app is my top priority. I've squashed some critical bugs: - Fixed the "Invalid Price" display error for very large token amounts. - Resolved an issue where special characters in names or messages would break Telegram notifications. A quick note on Search: To make way for the new homepage and ensure a high-quality experience, I've temporarily hidden the search bar. The old system wasn't good enough. I'm rebuilding it from scratch to be much faster and more accurate, and it's my top priority for the next update. Thank you for all the incredible feedback that made this possible. Now, back to work on that search feature.

My top priority for this week is turning all of your invaluable feedback into a rock-solid product. This entire week is dedicated to shipping the fixes and improvements from the public roadmap. As I was mapping out the work, I had a realization about how to best help people understand Reply. My original plan was to write a massive set of docs. But then I thought about the response to that quick video I made for the Telegram notifications. The feedback was clear: a short, visual guide was far more helpful than any wall of text could ever be. It was a lightbulb moment. Showing is always better than telling. So, I'm making a strategic shift. Once the core fixes are shipped this week, I'm going all-in on creating a library of short, simple video guides to walk through every part of the app: the secure escrow, the 3-day refund, and the value for both sides. I'll be creating these official guides myself. But I've already seen some of you creating your own amazing content. I love this. It's the community building the community. If you're inspired to create your own video walkthrough of a Reply feature, please share it. I'll be watching and will make sure to personally highlight and reward the best community-made guides. You'll be helping new users understand the tool. So, the plan for this week is simple: 1. BUILD: Ship the roadmap fixes and improvements. 2. CLARIFY: Begin building the video guide playbook, with the community's help. The goal is to make Reply the most intuitive and trustworthy tool it can be. Time to get to work.
